Oven Poppers began its operations in 1984 in Bedford, NH by its founders Stacey Kimball-Blake and Andre Desmarais. The goal of hand-cutting fresh fish for their retail stores was enhanced by Andre's strong talent in developing delicious prepared foods that customers could take home and "pop" in their ovens. Success started with the stores' Seafood Casserole in Lobster Sauce and it has not let up yet.

Recognizing the wide appeal for the stores' prepared entrees and dinners, Stacey began calling on the local area neighborhood grocery stores - gaining approvals from every one. Stacey began weekly calls to numerous stores - delivering Oven Poppers products from a converted refrigerated van. Within one year the region's largest supermarkets were allowing test stores to try Oven Poppers with many supermarkets remaining customers to this day.

Oven Poppers has maintained a strong commitment to quality, as well as, to flavor profiles people love. Oven Poppers entrees - Crab Stuffed Sole, Flounder with Garlic, Shrimp & Almond, Cod with Broccoli & Cheese, Sole Augratin, etc., developed during the late 80's are strong sellers still today.

Oven Poppers has retail distribution throughout the United States, UK, and Japan. Employing approximately 75 people, Oven Poppers manufactures its products at its production facility in Manchester, NH.
